LOTSA SPIN AFTER AN ACHEY SPLIT

Yes, the pole split gave me achey legs, so not much invert tonight

Lots of spins, and honestly some to me are pretty impressive one-arm spins like the 3rd & 4th spin in This Video

As I happily bragged about my one-arm spin to a dear friend, he non-chalantly remarked "Wa! Very good. Can you next time do no arm?" Grr....!!!
