An insanely bizarre POLE move

...and I am bizarre enough to try it...by far one of the most difficult & dangerous move.....

Yes, from the point you flip over, plunge and.......ok, I won't do this move very often, promise! I won't do this anyway cos most performances my pole does not go up the ceiling....phew, isn't that a relief!

Don't think I'll teach this move either! no, no, no....
