MORE ABOUT THE MATURE STAFF

..................ah.........let this person rot, i have no more sympathy left.

I said, i did try to emphatize. But now that he is serving the one month notice, fwah, everything also don't want to do. Start tai-chi the files, don't want to make cold calls, reasons for this all being "no point what, because i'm not going to stay". So end up do what? Wipe sound system, clean conference room, wah, pay operations manager money to clean conference room!

Then remember the recruitment exercise he suppose to conduct for someone to replace him? That day 5 candidates came by and then..................now what? Am i suppose to follow up?

Come to think of it, wouldn't it be worse if u let him do the recruitment? What if he replaces himself with someone with like himself..ie. lack of skills, then what? If he is doing nothing, then maybe better that he stop coming in immediately.....who knows, with this type of pp, (in the meantime) they may even chase away potential business or give the company a bad name or steal yr clientale........

VB, i know, i just didn't want it easy for him. when he quit after 1 week i asked him than what, he confidently (and cockily) said he will find a replacement as though it was very easy like that..........now he knows
