Sorry, back to pole dancing........See how quickly pole dancing is advancing else where (and to think some of our local teachers here still teaching pole humping kekeke)....While here i am still struggling with moves, stunts, coordination, other people already advancing to duel pole dancing....

Watched the video clip...Local teacher is sponsored by organisation meant for teaching common folks how to spice up sex life mah, so , must teach normal woman easy tricks to tiltillate partner only. Looks like a combination of aerobics, cheerleading (American style) and pole put together. I agree it is very wholesome and athletic but certainly not for anybody. Pole might just be on its way to cleaning up its image faster than we think! Hurray!!!!
