MORE BUTTER CREAM

My sis once commented the amount of butter cream i use for icing my cakes are outrageously sinful.
So now i refrain from using all the cream. I pipe what is enough and keep the rest refrigerated in a plastic container. Then i will go Gardenia to get these sausage buns and when i crave for butter cream, i fill the roll with it.........heavenly!

As good as it is, I am steering clear of it.....cannot afford the calories...not to mention, not being able to invert myself without a crane to hold me up (wasted all yr efforts teaching me, right?).

Anonymous....er...yes, had been one since in secondary school days where i faithfully look forward to a day in a week where i had to visit Monk's Hill sec school. Still remember the canteen had the yummiest butter cream horn....

VB....no wonder last night i was huffing & puffing during practising, thanks for the reminder
