So well done ladies. IPDFA (International Pole Dance Fitness Association is a reputed body that organizes world competitions and governs the aerial arts academy and has large network with the pole dance schools and community around the world.

Aerial Introductory Workshop

We have received lots of enquries about Aerial Fitness, so time we have some form of a trial. Hence the 1.5 hours introductory workshop to let you have a taste of what hoop and silk fitness is like, at $35 per session.
