Acro Poleformers

The Acro Poleformers recently had one of their biggest performance since NDP 2009 and POCC, involving 10 pole artists and 1 aerial hoop artist, performed in a cool huge marquee on a huge ship (or was it pontoon-sorry we weren't sure) . Just some of the rehearsal photos, hope I can upload the actual event ones when I am back from Beijing.

I heard some school discrimiate against other teachers from attending their courses. They want to charge double? Got such thing meh? So if you sell mee pok must pay double to eat another stall's mee pok issit?

And oh please stop being so low to tell others that you were offered the contract first......so my question is..why aren't u doing it? Puh-leesssss

Certified Pole Dance Instructors

Congratulations to them for being Singapore's 1st and only certified pole dance instructors.

Yes, they gone through gruelling hours of sports theory, studies of human anatomy, muscle groups, muscle strengthening exercises, work books, detailed planning of classes and hours of practical exams! So well done ladies. IPDFA (International Pole Dance Fitness Association is a reputed body that organizes world competitions and governs the aerial arts academy and has large network with the pole dance schools and community around the world.
