Yes, from the point you flip over, plunge and.......ok, I won't do this move very often, promise! I won't do this anyway cos most performances my pole does not go up the ceiling....phew, isn't that a relief!
Don't think I'll teach this move either! no, no, no....

According to my instructor (Symone), whom has just mastered this move... it IS scary.
