An insanely bizarre POLE move

...and I am bizarre enough to try it...by far one of the most difficult & dangerous move.....

it's called the "DEATH LAY"...scary not?

Yes, from the point you flip over, plunge and.......ok, I won't do this move very often, promise! I won't do this anyway cos most performances my pole does not go up the ceiling....phew, isn't that a relief!

Don't think I'll teach this move either! no, no, no....

There is God, and God is there

You know yesterday I had my Studio's Opening .

I had likened to have my work place near my church for some reason. God blessed me with one, in fact so near I can see the church every morning before I step into the studio.

So this entire time I was planning for the studio opening, I had wanted to invite a pastor over to pray for a good start....protection....everything, but somehow terrible me, didn't get to plan that properly.

So yesterday while I was busy making my final checks on the cake orders (i ordered from a shop downstairs which serves some mean butter cream cakes), visited some neighbours who sent us flowers, I bumped into an ex-pastor of my church, Rev Cheng, whom I have deep respect for, who had great stewardship during those days he pastored our English congregation. He had since moved on to another church. When I met hime, he claimed he had just finished visiting some of his current congregation members in the vincinity. I invited him up to office, explained that it was my official opening and had him prayed with/for me..

That was just about an hour before the opening, I think God had placed him there!

....yes I'm talking about my 2nd biggest day, biggest day would of course be my wedding (not likely to happen though...lol...)

I heard a sad sad news today

One of our fellow entertainer friend has taken his own life due to depression! :(

It was such a shock, he seemed to be loving life! Sigh!

Larger than Life

You know how I often order my clothes/costumes on-line. It is usually very deceiving as they always use models with extremely traffic-stopping looks and drop-dead svelt figures who make one think she can look as gorgeous in those outfits (ok, maybe it's only me).

Many a times I have made the same mistake like in THIS case (yes, I hear you sniggering, how could i even think i could fit into those right?)

Well, looks like I have not learnt my lessons and is checking out those sites again!

But this time I'm pleasantly surprised that one of these sites have not forgotten the larger market. Check this out :

Last night I had an illusionst using it for a rehearsal.........
